Why this exists

I've spent years in the room with more than five thousand learners, and I love this work. What I don't love is the part before the session starts: hours rebuilding a worksheet from scratch, trying to get the structure right so people don't get lost in the exercise instead of the conversation.

That's the real risk. A messy document isn't the problem, a distracted room is. A learner filling in boxes instead of thinking. A good discussion that never quite happens because everyone's still working out what page they're meant to be on.

I built this because I got tired of watching decent sessions get undercut by bad workbooks, and I wanted to protect the learning itself.

Four things that get in the way of a good session, and what happens instead.

Setup

Every new session starts the same way. You dig through old docs, message threads and half-finished versions, trying to find the one that actually worked last time.

Reusable templates

Build it once and reuse it. Your templates sit in one place, ready to run again with the next group.

Engagement

Good answers exist in the room but never get heard. The same one or two people talk while everyone else stays quiet.

Spotlight

Pick out a standout answer after learners submit, and give that person the floor to discuss it with the group.

Orientation

Learners open the worksheet and freeze, unsure what to do first or what's expected of them.

Start-here button

A start-here button takes every learner straight to the first task, so nobody sits waiting to be told what to do.

Live visibility

You can't be in every room at once, and the moment you miss the best answer is the moment you can't call on it.

Live completion tracking

See who's working and what they're writing, so you catch a good answer even in the room you're not standing in.

Less admin before the session, better conversation in it.

Build the workbook once, run it live, and read every answer as it comes in.
